“A bomb in her bosom: Emily Dickinson’s secret life” Emily Dickinson was a great poet whose life has remained a mystery. It was Emily herself who helped to devise the blueprint for her legend, starting at the age of 23 when she declined an invitation from a friend: “I’m so old-fashioned, Darling, that all your friends would stare.” In place of the tart young woman she was, she adopted this retiring posture. Apple Working On “iNewsstand” iPad Store (Gawker) Although no one at Apple will go on record, it’s been rumored that Apple is working on its own built-in iPad store — an “iNewsstand” — for magazine and newspaper content. The fear remains, however, that Apple’s policies will prove too restrictive. If that happens, publishers could opt to publish whatever they want on iPad-optimized versions of their own Web sites. Wall Street Journal Joins Newspaper Battle At Starbucks (AdAge) WSJ’s arrival at Starbucks comes two weeks after USA Today returned to 6,500 Starbucks stores around the country, ending a 10-year stretch during which The New York Times was the only national paper they sold. Perhaps more intriguing, though, the Journal is expanding its New York distribution less than a month before it introduces a New York edition aimed directly at Times readers and advertisers. If its the Scene where he's driving, as far as I can tell from the limited amount of pictures (and the faint memory of seeing it a few weeks ago) I believe they are Rayban Wayfarer's.
I actually have them, very very comfortable sunglasses, and also very popular. They stick to your face perfectly, even during heavy movement.
