My coated lenses (another brand) specify to use a liquid dishwashing detergent which does not contain lemon, orange, or other citrus. (Citric acid can mar the coating.) Which is why we now use green apple.
A bar soap is going to leave a film.
Dettol contains alcohol and will damage the coating.

A Washoe County deputy shot and killed a 600-pound bear that a wildlife official had forced from a building crawl space. The deputy was helping the Nevada Department of Wildlife remove a bear from a condominium crawl space in Incline Village on Tuesday afternoon when he was forced to shoot. well you can always go to like sterling optical or something, they have lenses, and you can get them polarized there, but with polarization you cant do the whole fading thing, so just to warn you..
